Exhibitor Early Registration Deadline: Friday 5 September 2025

The meeting exhibitions will be held from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday, at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center Lobby. The exhibitions will continue from 8:00 am to after the coffee break on Thursday. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in this area.

Exhibitor Registration Info

Exhibitor Registration includes one full conference registration and entitles one Exhibit Representative access to all sessions, receptions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. All other company personnel associated with the exhibit are required to register individually as regular meeting registrants.

Each exhibitor will be provided with a 8 ft × 10 ft wide space, one table and basic electrical service (20-amp). For other information, contact Christine Roberts.

The registration fee does not include the Banquet, which is subject to limited seating. Please indicate the number of tickets you are purchasing for this event. Registration fee and cost of banquet ticket are in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

Menu choices:
  • Cochinita Pibil-Pulled Chicken slow cooked in Achiote Sauce, topped with Pickled Red Onions and fresh Lime wedge
  • Beef Birria topped with Cilantro, Lime, Diced White Onions
  • Jackfruit Birria, topped with Cilantro, Lime, and Onions (Gluten Free and Vegan)

Microgreen salad with Orange Wheels and Roasted Beets
Assorted breads, muffins, cheese straws, and fresh tortillas
Stuffed Poblano Pepper, Black Beans and Red Quinoa, with Cashew Guajillo Cream

Orange Cardamom Upside Down Cake with Gold Leaf Brushed Chocolate Truffle and Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Instructions for Exhibitors

Exhibitors can start setting up Sunday October 19th at noon at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center Lobby. The exhibitor show will end when the Thursday morning coffee break is over. Exhibitors must vacate by noon on Thursday October 23rd.
