Meeting Registration Info

Conference registration includes access to all technical sessions and the vendor display, the program booklet, receptions, and coffee breaks. The registration fee does not include the Banquet, which is subject to limited seating. Please indicate the number of tickets you are purchasing for this event. Registration fee and cost of banquet ticket are in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

  • Chimichurri marinated top sirloin, cumin red wine sauce, paired with chicken breast medallion stuffed with spinach and herb garlic cheese, red pepper cream
  • Chicken Santa Fe, guajillo cream, paired with herb garlic mahi mahi, tomato, caper citrus cream
  • Grilled marinated vegetables, portobello mushrooms, carrots, red, green and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, beef steak tomato served on a bed of angel hair pasta, peeled asparagus

Cancellations received by electronic mail (c/o The Local Arrangements Chair, Jason Maxey) by September 7, 2018 will be subject to a $40 administrative charge. No refunds will be granted after that date.
