 The
Congress will start with check-in and on-site registration on Sunday,
August 3rd from 2 pm to 8
pm in the De Anza Foyer. The
Sunday Welcome Reception will follow
from 6 pm to 8 pm in the Serra Grand Ballroom I in the Conference Center.
The technical program will begin with the
Opening Ceremonies at 8:00 am Monday,
August 4th. The
Opening Plenary Lecture will
follow at 8:20
am. The multi-track
technical sessions will start at
9:45 am and end at 5:30 pm, with a lunch break at 11:45 am and two parallel
keynote lectures
at 1:15 pm. A Strolling Dinner Reception at
the Monterey Bay Aquarium is planned
from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Bus service from the Portola and Marriott begins at
7:00 pm.
Tuesday,
August 5th, will start at
8:30 am with two parallel
keynote lectures.
The multi-track technical sessions
will start at 9:45 am and end at 5:30 pm, with a lunch break at 11:45 am and
two parallel keynote
lectures at 1:15 pm. The Poster Session is planned from 6 pm to 9 pm in the
Serra Grand Ballroom I, with the Poster
Session Reception in De Anza I.
Wednesday,
August 6th, will start with
two parallel keynote
lectures at 8:30 am. The multi-track
technical sessions will start at 9:45 am and end at 11:45 am. The
Wednesday Afternoon
Excursions will start right after the technical sessions. Box lunches will
be provided to the participants of the excursions. The
Wednesday Night Beach Party
will follow the excursions from 6:30 pm to 11 pm at the Pirate's Cove.
Thursday,
August 7th, will start at
8:30 am with two parallel
keynote lectures.
The multi-track technical sessions
will start at 9:45 am and end at 5:30 pm, with a lunch break at 11:45 am and
two parallel keynote
lectures at 1:15 pm. The SoR Business Meeting is scheduled from 5:45 pm to 7
pm in De Anza I. The Thursday
Banquet Reception is planned from 7 pm to 8 pm in the Serra Grand Ballroom
II. This is followed by the Thursday Banquet
from 8 pm to 10 pm in the Serra Grand Ballroom I.
Friday,
August 8th, will start with
two parallel keynote
lectures at 8:30 am. The multi-track
technical sessions will start at 9:45 am and end at 11:45 am. The
Closing Plenary Lecture will
start at 12 noon. The Closing
Reception/Lunch at the Serra Grand Ballroom II will start at 1 pm and end at 3 pm.
