6:30 pm – 11:00 pm Pirate's Cove
 The
group will reconvene after the afternoon excursions for the Beach Party and
Barbeque at
Pirate’s Cove
(near the Convention Center) at 285 Figueroa Street. Our classic California
beach party will take place on the beach, as well as inside a spacious beach
house. We will have bonfires, torches, and beach volleyball outside, and music
provided by a live band on the deck. Ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard,
pool, two fireplaces and a CD jukebox will add to the fun inside. We will also
have a limbo contest (how low can you go?), a hula hooping contest (the children
of the '60s might still have one in the attic!), and karaoke. To start
