opening and closing plenary lectures,

booklets, the CD of Congress Proceedings, selected social events, and coffee
breaks. Registration for accompanying persons only includes access to the
opening and closing plenary lectures

Cancellations received in writing to the
Congress Administrator by
June 1, 2008 will be
subject to a $30 administrative charge. No refunds will be granted after that
date.
